Job summary

Sierra Space is hiring a Production Support Technician I (Part-time) to help keep our manufacturing environment clean and organized. This entry-level role supports shop operations with routine cleaning, tool organization, and light laundry tasks for shop uniforms.

Flexible scheduling is available, with 6am–7pm Monday–Friday, totaling 15–20 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $16 to $22 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position (0-1 year)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Perform basic shop cleaning and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Sweep, mop, waste removal, and organize tools and storage areas.
• Support laundry operations for shop uniforms and cleaning materials.
• Assist production team and follow established safety procedures.
