Nordik Spa Village in Chelsea, QC is seeking a Spa Treatment and Massage Therapy Attendant for part-time or full-time roles. You will welcome clients, provide information, process forms, and assist with product sales while supporting therapists and maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, effective communication, and adherence to brand standards in a wellness setting. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• College diploma in tourism, hospitality, administration, management or related training.
• Two or more years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual French and English required.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Ability to lift loads and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional hospitality service to every guest.
• Answer questions about Comfort Zone products and services.
• Welcome clients and complete health and consent forms.
• Check guest satisfaction after a massage or treatment.
• Promote offerings and sales opportunities.
• Manage cash register and client payments.
• Transfer appointments and prepare health forms.
• Produce daily reports and receipts.
• Maintain tidy waiting areas and assist rooms.
• Support therapists and estheticians with equipment and supplies.
• Uphold health and safety standards and collaborate with teams.
