Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates; interviews, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, reviews.
• Stores food in designated areas following safety procedures.
• Maintains sanitation and proper serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
