Job summary

Fastenal Co. in High Point, NC is hiring for a Part-time Sortation role in our NC100 Distribution Center. You will help move products through the facility, label items, and prepare shipments for routing to company branches.

Responsibilities

• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
• Organizing shipments into correct containers
• Packing product in layers to ensure stability and efficient space usage
• Identifying fragile product and process accordingly
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
