HG Analytics in Austin, Texas, is seeking a part-time Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technician) to join our Wellness program. The Ultrasound Technician will perform echocardiographic exams and screen arterial, venous, thyroid, aorta, and renal areas, with opportunities for diagnostic work.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience, ARRT preferred, and certification as a Medical Sonographer. Willingness to train in Echocardiography, strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience.
• Certified Medical Sonographer.
• Preferred: Registered Vascular Technician or Vascular Ultrasound Technician.
• Must be willing to train on Echocardiography.
• Accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient exams.
• Carotid ultrasound.
• Thyroid ultrasound.
• Aortic aneurysm screening.
• Kidney ultrasound.
• Echocardiogram (training will be provided).
• Submission of high-quality images and documents.
• Enter and maintain accurate electronic patient records.
• Ensure patient rooms are clean, sterilized, safe, and organized with adequate supplies and well-functioning equipment.
• Communicate with patients, helping each understand the screening process.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Precise, Professional Communication with management team.
