Job summary

Dan Wolf Automotive Group is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to shape the online presence for Toyota of Naperville, Lexus of Naperville, Chevrolet of Naperville and The Flow Express Car Wash. The role starts at 20–30 hours per week, with a 90-day review to assess workload and future opportunities.

You will build weekly calendars, create engaging content, monitor trends, engage with the audience, and manage creator partnerships while maintaining a consistent voice across all brands.

Qualifications

• Creative thinker with a proactive approach
• Strong writing and storytelling aligned to brand voice
• Comfortable crafting content calendars and posting schedules
• Able to understand and adapt to each brand voice across channels
• Proficient with basic photo/video editing tools

Responsibilities

• Build and manage weekly social media content calendars.
• Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor trends and turn them into creative content opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and online feedback.
• Professionally handle and deescalate negative online interactions.
• Track and report weekly social media metrics and trends.
• Manage creator/influencer outreach and partnerships.
• Help capture photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, and other short-form content.
• Maintain a consistent Dan Wolf Automotive Group voice across brands.
• Bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo.
