Grasslands Club is seeking a Part-time Social Media and Photography Coordinator to shoot, edit, and create content that showcases every facet of our club experience. You’ll manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a consistent visual identity and a focus on engagement and recruitment visibility.

Qualifications

• A deep passion for photography, video and social media.
• Experience managing social media platforms professionally.
• Strong photography and short-form video production skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Professional communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take stunning photography and video for member programs, events, and recruitment across Club platforms.
• Edit and shoot engaging short-form video content including reels, stories, highlights, and promotional clips, while maintaining consistent visual identity across all social platforms.
• Own day-to-day management of all social platforms and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence across platforms.
• Monitor engagement and support community interaction and track engagement, reach, follower growth, and overall content performance across platforms.
• Identify high-performing content themes and replicate successful formats to drive continued engagement and revenue support.
• Flexible schedule required, availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
