You’ll capture and edit media, brainstorm campaigns with the marketing team, attend events, and help manage our brand across platforms using tools like Buffer and Facebook/Meta. We value authenticity and growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for marketing and social media evidenced by previous work or projects.
• Creative thinker who can brainstorm and execute ideas with the team.
• Good eye for content, able to direct and capture photos/videos.
• Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable on camera and capable of engaging the audience.

Responsibilities

• Capture clear media across locations and at events, both spontaneous and planned.
• Attend community events and some evenings/weekends to obtain content.
• Create reels, stories, posts, and other social content aligned with brand.
• Develop content planning strategy to ensure a steady pipeline of posts.
• Manage and maintain social media channels and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to turn concepts into deliverables.
• Navigate social tools daily (Buffer, Meta, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
• Coordinate local promotions and community projects for the company.
• Leverage AI responsibly to enhance content while keeping it authentic.
