Job summary

REHQ is seeking a Social Media Content Creator in Lakeland, FL to lead the content strategy and publishing for the founder's personal brand and REHQ’s pages.

You will oversee 20+ posts per week across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, creating short- and long-form video, graphics, and written posts. This is an in-person, part-time role with room to grow as REHQ scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of intentional social media posting for a business or professional brand.
• 1+ year of HubSpot or CRM experience.
• Strong video writing, posting, and graphic content skills.
• Experience managing a high-volume content calendar.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Portfolio or examples of business-focused content you have created.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the weekly content calendar.
• Produce and publish 20+ posts per week.
• Create short-form videos, long-form videos, graphics, carousels, and written posts.
• Repurpose podcasts, videos, meetings, and founder ideas into social content.
• Write hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
• Manage publishing across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Track performance, traffic, leads through HubSpot or another CRM.
• Help shape and consistently push REHQ’s core narrative.
