This role requires a social-media-savvy mindset, a strong portfolio, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours, meeting once per week at our Berlin office to align on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and social media roles.
• Strong portfolio across photography and videography.
• Knowledge of IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube.
• Experience creating short-form video content.
• Ability to work independently and visit clients.
• Comfortable engaging with employees and customers.
• Willingness to visit home care clients in multiple towns.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram and Facebook.
• Visit client residences to capture authentic footage.
• Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Photograph employees, customers, events, and services.
• Brainstorm concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices.
