Qualifications

• Experience as a soccer referee or player is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as per league schedules.

Responsibilities

• Officiate soccer games across Vetta Sports programs, ensuring adherence to rules and program regulations.
• Possess thorough understanding of soccer rules and enforce them to players and coaches.
• Maintain control over the game and player behavior for a safe playing environment.
• Accurately keep track of calls, manage game timing, and record scores.
• Make fair, unbiased calls with confidence and impartiality on field.
• Resolve on-field conflicts calmly and professionally between players, coaches, and spectators.
• Provide above-average customer service to interact with players, coaches, parents, and staff.
• Conduct pre-game checks (field, equipment, eligibility) and complete post-game reporting.
