Qualifications

• Experience officiating or playing soccer is preferred.
• Solid understanding of soccer rules and their application during games.
• Must have strong communication to explain calls clearly.

Responsibilities

• Officiate soccer games across Vetta Sports programs and enforce league rules.
• Enforce rules and manage player and coach behavior on the field.
• Maintain control of the game and ensure a safe playing environment.
• Record calls, manage game timing, and complete post-game reporting.
• Make fair, unbiased calls and resolve conflicts professionally on the field.
• Provide above-average customer service to players, parents, and staff.
• Perform pre-game checks (field, equipment, eligibility) and post-game duties.
