Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but not necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Displays basic fashion and trend knowledge and satisfies customer needs by selling appropriate merchandise while maintaining standards and building relationships.
• Assists with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Presents a positive, energetic, outgoing impression to each customer with enthusiasm for the job and company.
• Ensures all company policies are followed.
• Embraces service training and product programs.
• Maintains visual standards, completes daily restock, and ensures adequate size runs per visual directions.
• Helps prevent employee and customer theft.
• Keeps the store neat, organized, and well-presented.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
