• Achieve or exceed established goals, including sales, productivity, and KPIs.
• Actively participate in contests, promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Have knowledge and use of selling skills and customer service standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers with a friendly attitude and service.
• Meet store appearance, product knowledge and store operations standards.
• Assist store management to maintain the store; keep sales floor and stock area organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays stocked and neat.
• Assist with markdowns in a timely manner and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Follow security policies; detect and respond to loss prevention issues.
• Watch for shortages and report shoplifting or internal theft.
