Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores.

You will stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, ensuring products are in stock and properly featured. The role emphasizes flexible hours, driving to multiple store locations within the Weatherford/Hudson Oaks area, and working 15–20 hours weekly starting early each day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical tasks (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Hudson Oaks, TX; secondary location Weatherford, TX.
• Schedule includes Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Perform daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM team for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
