Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store.

You will stock shelves, build relationships with store personnel, and manage product orders via iPad while following DMI merchandising standards. You will interact with store teams, ensure displays are compliant with RTM plans, and assist with seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional more than 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Lives within 25-35 miles of Tracy, CA; secondary locations Manteca, Modesto, Lathrop, Patterson.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; at least one weekend day; 5-7 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering great service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM-driven priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks like lifting and moving products.
