Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Must perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Mansfield, TX; schedule includes Sat–Sun–Mon–Tue–Thu; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Mondelēz in-store, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via iPad.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Order products via iPad to keep in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical demands of the role.
