Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Merchandiser in Washington state to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure in-store execution and brand standards while delivering friendly service to store teams and shoppers.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a valid driver’s license, self-motivated, able to lift up to 25 lbs, and comfortable working weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture display photos when required.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and comply with lifting and movement of products.
