Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking aPart Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support Nabisco brands across Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will stock shelves, assemble promotional displays, capture display photos, and coordinate with the Sales Representative to follow Mondelēz merchandising steps.

The role requires a reliable, self-motivated individual who can drive a personal vehicle, lift up to 25 lbs, and work ~20 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Indianapolis, IN (primary location).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.
