Mondelēz International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Fishers, IN. You will stock shelves, set up displays, and maintain visibility of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other leading Nabisco brands.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold a valid driver's license, and can work 20 hours per week with weekend availability. Mileage is reimbursed and a strong team attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Willing to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier loads.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Fishers, IN (Noblesville as secondary location).
• Schedule: open availability, at least one weekend day; start time 07:00 AM; 20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and work with the sales rep to optimize product visibility.
• Stock shelves and construct/promotional displays.
• Capture photos of displays as part of the DSD merchandising steps.
• Ensure brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude in-store.
