Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an in-person, school-based role in Mansfield, Ohio. The position offers hybrid school-day hours and in-person support every other week, with flexible employment options (1099 or W2).

You will deliver SLP services across K–12, conduct assessments, develop goals, and complete documentation, supported by clear workflows and dedicated internal resources.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Active Ohio BCI background check.
• 1 year minimum experience in school-based collaboration with IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
