Job summary
Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services in Carver, MA is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home health services, helping patients improve communication and swallowing in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide interventions for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Evaluate and treat dysphagia as needed.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques.
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare team.
- Document visits and outcomes accurately.
- Support continuity of care and patient independence.
