Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY welcome) to support middle and high school students at two Cliffside Park campuses in NJ. The role is part-time with daytime hours 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, two to three days per week.

You will assess, develop treatment plans, deliver therapy per IEP, collaborate with staff and families, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. Eligible candidates may receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible NJ SLP license.
• CCC or CFY welcome for CFY track.
• Experience with middle and high school students preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy per IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student success.
• Maintain documentation and track progress in line with school/state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to student teams.
