Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle and high school students with speech and language needs at two campus sites near Cliffside Park, NJ. The role offers a flexible part-time schedule from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a manageable caseload of about 30–50 students and opportunities to impact student growth.

Active NJ SLP licensure (CCC or CFY welcome) and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible NJ SLP license and certification (CCC or CFY welcome).
• Experience with or enthusiasm for working with middle and high school students.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fostering student progress in communication and language.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy per IEP requirements.
• Collaborate with staff and families to support student success.
• Maintain documentation and progress in accordance with school/state regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student teams.
