Job summary

Resolve Harmony in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. This flexible role allows you to make a meaningful impact while supporting resident care.

You will evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized plans; provide therapy; and collaborate with nursing and therapy staff. CCC-SLP preferred; Master’s degree in SLP required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or equivalent.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services based on resident needs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment strategies.
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning as appropriate.
