Job summary

Kei-Ai South Bay Healthcare Center in Gardena, CA seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for Part-Time or PRN work. You’ll evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting, with autonomy and therapeutic judgment in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification required for fully licensed candidates; CF-Y candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support transitions of care.
