Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• License to practice SLP in California or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training to reinforce therapy goals.
• Participate in team meetings to support a positive clinic environment.
