Avamere of Cascade Park is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide and direct all aspects of patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, and family education. The role requires licensure and active CPR/BLS, with responsibilities spanning clinical services, supervision of staff, documentation, and quality assurance.

The position is part-time or per diem at the Vancouver, WA location.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved curriculum in Speech Language Pathology.
• Active licensure and ability to practice per regulatory standards.
• Experience with Medicare and payer sources is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides speech pathology services to patients per licensure.
• Directs and supervises assistants and rehab staff per guidelines.
• Conducts evaluations and develops treatment plans for best outcomes.
• Completes timely documentation of evaluations and progress notes.
• Maintains safety and engages in continuing education.
