Mattress Firm is seeking a Part Time Sleep Expert to guide customers to better sleep through personalized, consultative sales in a retail showroom. You’ll greet guests, assess sleep needs, and recommend mattresses, bases, and bedding solutions that fit comfort and budget.

You’ll learn our product lineup, use POS systems to complete accurate sales, and help maintain a clean, inviting showroom. You’ll work toward individual and store goals while delivering exceptional service.
