Job summary

Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a part‑time Site Facilitator to oversee operations at the Southwest Education Center in Tinley Park and the Education Center at Blue Island. The role supports instructors, students, and community members, coordinates reports, and proctors placement tests and instructor exams.

Typical hours are Monday through Thursday, 2 to 7 p.m., with some flexibility during off semesters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 1 year coordinating experience.
• Teaching or training experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Southwest Education Center and/or ECBI in Tinley Park.
• Provide services to instructors, students, and community members.
• Collect and forward required reports during scheduled hours.
• Administer and proctor placement tests and instructor exams.
• Confer regularly with On-Site Coordinator.
• Travel between Tinley Park and Blue Island sites as needed.
