Chapman Hyundai Phoenix is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Service Department. You will safely transport customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are serviced, delivering a convenient and positive service experience.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, and enjoys interacting with people in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 7am–6pm; pay is $16/hour; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional demeanor.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership using the company shuttle vehicle.
• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly customer service during every interaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
• Monitor the shuttle vehicle for maintenance needs and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with additional driving assignments as directed by management.
• Maintain dealership display standards by keeping new and used vehicle lots neat and organized.
• Ensure the interiors and exteriors of vehicles on the sales lots are clean, replenish vehicle fluids, and replace batteries as needed.
• Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies.
• Represent Chapman Automotive Group in a professional manner at all times.
