• Operates shuttle buses and vans on assigned routes.
• Maintains rider information and reports per policy.
• Performs safety and routine maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Refuels vehicles according to policy.
• Complies with FMCSA regulations and licensing requirements.
• Fosters positive relationships with riders and staff.
• Delivers high level of customer service.
• Demonstrates safe driving practices.
• Follows UPMC Employee Transit policies.
• Cleans and disinfects shuttle interiors and exteriors.
• Removes trash and reports maintenance or sanitation issues.
• Assists dispatch operations as needed.
