Headquartered in Fort Mill, SC, we have an immediate opening for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual to join us as a PT Showroom Manager Assistant in Dallas Market Center. As part of our vibrant team, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Southeast trade business alongside our in-office sales team.

The PT Showroom Manager Assistant will be responsible for:

1. Managing a customer database
2. Greeting showroom visitors
3. Facilitating sales and product showings
4. Collaborating with our sales manager
5. Conducting follow-ups
6. Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
7. Maintaining CRM records daily
8. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
9. Contacting and regularly communicating with potential customers/designers
10. Working with the team to develop and promote business to drive sales
11. Tracking inventory
12. Any additional tasks or duties as assigned or requested based on business need
13. Communicating clear concise directions to your shipping team members

The Assistant Showroom Manager will promote and implement the company's core values and excellence in customer service. They will be responsible for executing the company’s visual presentation and standards regarding the appearance of the showroom. They also will assist customers to drive sales and will assist the Showroom Manager with their sales initiatives including outbound email and calling.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

1. 2-3 years Sales experience
2. Detail Oriented & Organized
3. Good work ethic/attitude is a must
4. 4-5 hours M-F (can be flexible around how the 20 hours are divided) - Some Saturday and Sunday during markets and special events
5. 4-year degree or equivalent and relevant work experience required
6. Experience or training in the interior design field
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
8. Strong and positive people skills. Highly motivated and outgoing
9. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
10. Professional and presentable
