Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Famous Footwear Sales Associate to deliver top-tier customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience.

You will contribute to a culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and remain loyal to our brands and stores, while staying informed about trends and sharing that knowledge with shoppers. You will help manage daily store tasks, assist customers with fitting and product recommendations, and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication with store team and customers.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with colleagues.
• Independent judgment when coordinating with Store Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store tasks: pricing, shipments, fulfillment and inventory.
• Create a welcoming store environment and promote the Famous Footwear culture.
• Drive sales and communicate store performance to achieve goals.
