Job summary

FedEx Office in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate. This entry-level, part-time role will work in FedEx Office’s retail stores, generally 18–25 hours per week.

You’ll help customers with retail and shipping products, use consultative skills to identify needs, and provide solutions while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. You’ll assemble parcels, process transactions at the POS, stock equipment and supplies, follow procedures, and uphold FedEx Office standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping; weighs packages and applies labels.
• Demonstrates consultative behavior to understand each customer’s needs.
• Processes financial transactions at the POS; handles cash and returns.
• Maintains a clean and orderly retail Store environment and shelves.
