Job summary

FedEx Office is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to join our retail team. This entry-level role will work 18-25 hours per week and focus on delivering a positive customer experience while assisting with shipping and printing products.

You will operate and maintain store equipment, assist customers with inquiries, process transactions at the POS, and support team members in daily tasks. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows instructions of supervisor and assist other Team Members in performing limited store functions.
• Demonstrates consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer’s individualized need.
• Assembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, including labeling and boxing.
• Maintains a safe, clean and orderly retail Store.
• Processes financial transactions using a POS, including handling cash.
