Job summary

Catapult Health is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate for a part-time role in Lewisville, TX. You will handle the planning, packing, and shipment of clinical supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory across warehouse operations.

You will print shipping documents, stage outbound shipments, and assist with daily inventory counts while using scanners, printers, and pallet jacks. A team-oriented, safety-conscious approach is essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous shipping/receiving or fulfillment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate, and assemble clinical supplies and equipment.
• Pack and ship supplies for clinic events.
• Print and apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required documents (e.g., customs forms).
• Stage, organize, and load outbound shipments for carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight).
• Plan and prepare ice packs and coolers for daily shipments.
• Process returned shipments from clinic events and reinventory.
• Perform inventory counts and adjust inventory; maintain equipment documentation.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (if certified) safely.
• Communicate shipment tracking information with onsite teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following policies and OSHA guidelines.
