Job summary

All City Management Services is seeking a Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Representative in Overland Park, KS. The role supports field teams by ensuring equipment and supplies are ready, managing inventory, preparing shipments, and coordinating with the operations team.

The position is in-office, approximately 20 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with pay of $17.00 per hour. The ACMS team emphasizes reliability, organization, and teamwork to Keep Kids Safe.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Resource Technology Manager.
• Communicate inventory quantity needs at Kansas branch office to maintain minimum supply levels (vests, hats, visors, stop signs, handbooks, whistles, lanyards, ponchos).
• Ensure orders are complete and shipped and delivered in a timely manner.
• Use software to track, check, prioritize and route orders.
• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders under the Resource Technology Manager.
• Maintain the organization of the on-site storage area.
• Prepare supply requests and shipments.
• Maintain office equipment, order and stock office supplies.
• Ensure forms are current and in stock.
