Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at the Mableton, GA CVS/pharmacy location. You will work with the Store Management team to ensure smooth store operations, lead staff in the absence of a manager, and uphold excellent customer service standards.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory abilities and the flexibility to work early shifts, overnights and weekends. High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers, handle complaints and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly/promotional displays and seasonal items.
