Advantage Solutions in Coralville, IA is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor for a Costco location. You will drive sales by engaging customers, set up live events and sampling, and support management with daily operations.

Requirements include 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours, reliable transportation, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and a self-starter with teamwork. Training is provided, and shifts are 2–3 per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail setting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Willing to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action and results, able to work independently or in a team.
