Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Oxon Hill, MD. You will support the CVS Store Management team to ensure excellent customer service, store execution, and performance. In the absence of a manager, you lead staff, manage opening/closing, and uphold company policies.

The role requires strong deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, plus supervision experience. Flexible scheduling, including early mornings and weekends, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Supervise store staff in absence of manager or Operations Supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers and resolve questions or complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and perform merchandising tasks.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Protect customer/patient confidentiality.
