Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support store management and crews to drive execution.
• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (Greet, offer help, thank).
• Handle customer relations in line with policy and maintain confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following planogram guidelines
