Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor at our Randolph, NJ location to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead the staff when the manager is not on site, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and maintain high standards of customer service and merchandising.

This role requires strong communication, supervision capability, and the ability to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store and supervise staff in the absence of a manager.
• Open and close procedures completed accurately and on time.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and ensure displays are current and compliant with weekly promos.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
