Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at locations near you. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, and you will join a friendly team while supporting management as needed.

We offer a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, flexible weekend shifts, and opportunities for growth as you demonstrate initiative and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Work independently, with a bias for action and results, while collaborating with the team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
