Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to drive.
• Successful completion of RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards in all operations.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer and Team Member concerns with ownership and professionalism.
