Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Carmel, IN to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals while upholding brand standards.

You will train Team Members, manage scheduling and safety, and collaborate with the General Manager to drive performance. This part-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays. Domino's Pizza College training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Required RPM training completion (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
