Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, seeks a Part-time Assistant Manager to lead shifts, drive customer service, and support store goals. You will model company policies and complete RPM and Domino’s training, including Pizza College courses, while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to achieve performance targets, manage scheduling, and foster a positive team culture. This role requires availability nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older, 21 to drive.
• Successful completion of required RPM training (e.g., Freshman class).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Food Safety Certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
