Job summary

RPM Pizza—Lake Charles, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager (part-time) to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will train Team Members, manage scheduling, and uphold Domino’s brand standards under the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; 21+ to drive.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
• Food Safety Certification required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in high-volume environment to meet service goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Assist with scheduling, labor management, attendance.
• Maintain store safety and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns.
• Operate store equipment including ovens and prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking.
• Create a positive, engaging environment for customers and team.
• Support inventory, ordering and organizational processes.
• Assist with marketing and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve store goals.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
