Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Carson, California. In this role, you will support store management, supervise crew, and ensure excellent customer service. Required skills include advanced communication and supervisory capabilities. You will work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings and weekends. The anticipated weekly hours are 29. This position offers a pay range of $19.26 to $28.81 per hour and includes various benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.
