Job summary

Club Demonstration Services is seeking a Shift Coordinator to support daily store operations during retail events, including opening and closing tasks, ensure safety, cleanliness, and product quality, and model positive behavior for staff. You will engage Costco members with demonstrations, educate customers about products, assist with food safety, and help set up and remove carts and equipment.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and part-time shifts are available with flexible

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Able to support demo events, ensuring carts, equipment and supplies are set up and removed properly.
• Engage Costco members through product demonstrations and education.
• Assist with food safety, sanitation, and daily safety inspections.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
